These terms govern your use of Caveau. By using the app you agree to them.

The service

Caveau helps you track a personal wine collection. Free features include adding bottles, search, scanning, drinking windows, and food pairings. Caveau Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the cellar audit, advanced analytics, and export.

Subscriptions

• Caveau Pro is billed through your Apple ID at the price shown in the app (monthly or annual). Pricing is flat — it never depends on how many bottles you own.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID settings.
• Payment and refunds are handled by Apple under their terms.

Your content

You own your cellar data. You grant us only the rights needed to store and display it back to you. If you add a wine that isn't in our catalog, its basic details (producer, name, vintage, region) may be added to the shared wine catalog — never your inventory, prices, or notes.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use the app where prohibited by law. Caveau is intended for users of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction.

Disclaimers

Drinking windows, pairings, and label readings are estimates generated by software and provided “as is”, without warranty. Caveau is not liable for the condition or value of your wine. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the app or on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
